Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns as our clothes are primarily made to order and produced in very limited quantities. To ensure the highest quality, all products undergo strict quality checks before shipping, minimizing the risk of defects.

We do offer exchanges for different sizes within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking information. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, while we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to your address.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Size Exchanges Only: Exchanges are only available for different sizes of the same item. If the item only comes in one size, we will offer a store credit for your next purchase.
  • Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Initiation Period: The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date, as indicated by the tracking information. Requests made after this period will not be honored.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back for an exchange. However, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to your address.
  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via live chat or email at indigounion.tv@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and details about the item you wish to exchange. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and send out the new size or issue a store credit if applicable. This process may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your item.

Store Credit

  • If the item only comes in one size and an exchange is not possible, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item. This credit can be used on any future purchase from our store.
  • The store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Store credits do not expire and can be applied during checkout on your next purchase.

Exceptions

  • Sale items, custom orders, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • We are unable to reimburse any postage costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in filling your order. Additionally, customs, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
