Our one-size kimono jackets are designed to be oversized, ensuring a comfortable fit for most customers. For other clothing items, which follow Asian standard sizing, we recommend choosing one size up from your usual size for the best fit if you're an overseas customer.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-10 business days to process international orders, especially for tailor-made items. A tracking number will be provided once your package has been shipped.

Shipping Fees

Enjoy free shipping on all international orders. We ship via E-Express Air Mail or EMS by Hong Kong Post, or SF Express.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to our made-to-order production process and limited quantities, we do not accept returns. All products undergo strict quality checks before shipping to minimize defects.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by tracking information). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

Exchange Guidelines

• Size Exchanges Only: Exchanges are available only for different sizes of the same item. If the item is one-size, we will offer store credit for your next purchase.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.
• Initiation Period: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date, based on tracking information. Requests after this period will not be honored.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item back to you.
• Exchange Process: Contact our customer service team via live chat or email at indigounion.tv@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and details about the item you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
• Processing Time: After receiving your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange or issue store credit if applicable. This may take up to 7 business days.

Store Credit

• If the item is one-size and an exchange is not possible, we will issue store credit for the item’s value. This credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
• Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Store credits can be applied during checkout on your next purchase.

Exceptions

• Sale items, custom orders, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
• Items damaged due to wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
• We cannot reimburse postage costs unless the product is defective or there was an order error. Customs, duties, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

To ensure the longevity and vibrancy of your indigo-dyed clothing, please follow these care instructions:

1. Washing: We recommend washing your indigo-dyed garments separately, especially for the first few washes, as there may be some residual color bleeding. Hand washing or using a gentle machine wash cycle with cold water is ideal.
2. Detergent: Use a mild, color-safe detergent without any bleaching agents or harsh chemicals. Avoid using bleach or detergents that contain bleach, as they can fade the indigo color.
3. Soaking: Avoid soaking your indigo-dyed clothing for extended periods, as it may cause excessive color loss. If necessary, a brief soak in cold water can help remove any stains or dirt.
4. Gentle Handling: When washing, avoid vigorous rubbing or twisting of the fabric, as this can cause color fading or distortion. Gently hand wash or use a delicate cycle, and always follow the garment's care label instructions.
5. Drying: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water without wringing the fabric. To prevent color transfer, it's best to air dry your indigo-dyed clothing in a shaded area away from direct sunlight. Avoid using a dryer unless the care label explicitly states that it is safe to do so.
6. Ironing: If ironing is necessary, use a low to medium heat setting and iron the garment inside out to protect the indigo dye. Avoid direct contact between the iron and the fabric for extended periods.
7. Storage: When storing your indigo-dyed clothing, ensure they are clean and completely dry. It's advisable to fold them rather than hanging to minimize any stretching or distortion. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

Please note that due to the nature of indigo dye, slight color variations and fading over time are natural and contribute to the unique character of the garment.
